Returns & Exchanges

At Five Finger Death Punch, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear is inspected.
